Payment:
· Deposit for booking: To secure your booking 30% of total booking price, plus Security Deposit 1000€ which is refundable.
· Balance / full payment - 70% of total booking value - due 30 days before arrival
***Cancelation policy: Total refund of your money within 30 days before check in. 30% fee on the total booking rate, only if the cancelation happens during the last 30 days before arrival.

1. Via Paypal to email address yanmilos@gmail.com
2. By bank money transfer. IBAN number will be send by email upon request
Booking:
· Bookings from this site with a message to yanmilos@gmail.com are available. Please note the period you interest for as the number of persons, kids and any other special requirement.
· Preferred changeover day Monday. Could be flexible depends on availability.
